IT Intern, Finance Factors

At Finance Factors I am currently working the Help Desk and setting up automation for reports. In the past I have helped switch the company from landlines to VoIP telephones, done security patches, practiced switch configuration, built and deployed Windows 11 laptops and desktops, and more.

  • Consistently provided clients with fast, detailed, and quality help with hardware, applications, and account management and creation.
  • Efficiently built and deployed Windows 11 laptops to clients with quality customer service.
  • Led and worked on a large-scale e-waste project.

Volunteer, Bluewater Mission

Served homeless people on the street and at RYSE.

  • Led teams of friends to serve pizza and cold sodas to homeless people in Oahu's downtown area.
  • Served meals and spent time with homeless youth at RYSE.
  • Served on a team that provides food, showers, and clothing to Waikiki's homeless population.

Led and served in projects involving St. Francis hospital, The Pantry Food Shelter, and HBA faculty.

  • Formed and maintained a healthy partnership with the Administrative Secretary of St. Francis Hospital while successfully organizing and leading teams of student volunteers at St. Francis Hospital throughout the of the 2020-2021 school year as Co-Chair of the St. Francis committee.
  • Organized teams of volunteers to work at a homeless feeding non-profit organization called The Pantry over the spring break of the 2021-2022 semester as Co-Chair of the Food Delivery committee.
